Coming from Australia where the coffee is the best. Penelopes is an amazing place to grab a bloody great cup of coffee. Their specialty coffees are better than Starbucks and their food is delicious. Highly recommend this place. Bonus points for having a legend of an owner.
Okay, so a lot of the menu is made with a waffle iron, like a bachelor with a broken stove.... But its really good, so who cares? Excellent pour over coffee lots of varieties and mall fashion show runway music all conspire to make a pretty much perfect counterservice stop.
This is an amazing place for breakfast! Truly a hidden gem! Love their omelettes. Only thing they are missing in my opinion is Freshly squeezed Juices! If they had that place would be 1010. Its still an amazing place to grab a bite! Great atmosphere! Staff is really nice as well! I would definitely visit again!
